The 2 Litre American Oak Aging Barrel is our ideal gift-size barrel: substantial enough to feel like a real statement piece, but small enough that the recipient does not need to buy a large volume of alcohol just to get started. It is handcrafted from American white oak with a medium char for whiskey, rum, tequila and barrel-aged cocktails.

A typical first batch is approximately 4–6 weeks. Start tasting before the end of the window and bottle when the spirit reaches the balance of oak, sweetness and spice you prefer.

Cure the barrel before adding spirits, keep it full while aging, protect it from direct heat and sunlight, and taste regularly.
