Bar Boat Cruise

You and a group of peeps or workplace colleagues will take a tranquil journey up and down the Ottawa River on a Hawaiian-style floating Tiki Bar organized by Urban Barrel. Cocktail Cruises are one of the trendiest ways to get out on the water, whether you want to hang out with all your friends, go on a romantic cruise with your partner, or organize a corporate team event for this amazing tropical escape in Ottawa.

THE CRUISE & COCKTAIL CLASS TYPICALLY LASTS FOR 90 MINUTES OR LESS.

  • Participants will be able to sample cocktails and spirits that have been expertly matured in barrels during each lesson, and
  • You will learn how to make these craft cocktails from spirit-making experts Urban Barrel and get their advice for developing your own distinctive flavours with their signature barrels.

Friends and family will love the mood and ambiance out on the river! Companies will enjoy a fun, hands-on team-building exercise that will have everyone talking! Barreling and Cocktail mixing classes are provided by experts in spirit-making, Urban Barrel.

I have a 3 litre barrel that I have had filled for about 3 months. OMG, The bourbon that came out is freakin next level. Many have said better then Bulliet. I am aging my second batch in the barrel now. I will be buying more this year.

I cured my barrel according to the instructions provided (easy) and started with an inexpensive rye whiskey for my first aging, after only 3 weeks it already has more of a cask/barrel flavour like the more expensive brands, not harsh or bitter but a spicy, toasty caramelized flavour with a smokey aroma, very pleasant. . . can’t wait for the next 3 weeks of aging! Great product, thanks to Jeff!
