The 5 Litre Gator Oak Aging Barrel with Metal Spigot is the larger-format premium option in our compact Gator lineup. Built from American white oak with thicker staves, blackened hoops and upgraded rivets, it delivers the distinctive Gator construction with additional capacity for larger home-aging batches.

Use the 5L barrel for whiskey, bourbon, rum, tequila, spirit finishing and barrel-aged cocktails. The charred American oak can develop toasted oak, vanilla, caramelized sugar, smoke, spice and tannin character while the larger capacity allows you to prepare more finished spirit per batch.
