How It Works

Cure the barrel before your first fill. Once cured, add your spirit and Kentucky Bourbon Essence, then allow the charred American white oak to develop the batch over time.

For a 1L barrel, a typical first-batch aging window is approximately 3–5 weeks. Begin tasting around the 3-week mark and bottle once the spirit reaches your preferred balance of oak and bourbon character.
