How It Works

First, cure your barrel according to the included instructions. Once cured, add your spirit and Jamaican Dark Rum Essence and allow the charred American white oak to do the rest.

For a 1L barrel, we recommend approximately 3–5 weeks for the first batch, tasting periodically until you reach your preferred flavour profile.

Once it hits your sweet spot, bottle it, refill your barrel and start experimenting with your next batch.
