If you’ve served up a Skordoodle, you probably have a good supply of barrel-aged maple whisky… provided you didn’t drink it all.
For this one, you’ll need
- 2 oz of barrel-aged maple whisky
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 4 oz of boiling water
- 1 oz orange juice
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 lemon slice
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
Grab a mug and add your butter, boiling water, whisky and orange juice. Spice it with the cloves and cinnamon, then add your lemon slice. Let it stand for 5 minutes then sprinkle your nutmeg just before serving.
