Note! This recipe is based on a 2L barrel.
44 oz Bacardi Black (Infused with a 1 1/2tsp of Chinese five spice for 12 hrs, then strain through a coffee filter and back in the bottle)
12 oz of Sweet Vermouth
12 oz of AperolAge the above ingredients in a 2L barrel for a month.
To make a drink strain 3 oz into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into the rocks glass and serve with a large ice cube. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
